Local Storage & Zero Cloud Data Architecture:
SN IPTV Player is a local client-side multimedia player (similar to VLC). We do NOT operate cloud user accounts, remote user databases, or central streaming servers. All credentials, playlists, and viewing history exist solely inside your local device storage.

1. How to Delete Your Data (Step-by-Step)

You can completely and irreversibly delete all data associated with the Application using any of the following methods:

Method 1: Instant In-App "Factory Reset" (Recommended)
  1. Open SN IPTV Player on your device.
  2. Go to Settings > Storage & Data (or Privacy & Security).
  3. Tap "Factory Reset" and confirm.
  4. Result: 100% of local databases, saved Xtream Codes credentials, playlists, favorites, watch history, and cached thumbnails are instantaneously and permanently wiped from the device.

Method 2: Uninstall the Application

Uninstalling SN IPTV Player from your Android, Android TV, or iOS device will immediately trigger the operating system to permanently delete the application's local sandbox, including its SQLite database and all cached data.

Method 3: Reset or Delete Google Advertising ID

To delete or reset the pseudonymous advertising identifier used by Google AdMob for ad display:

  • Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Tap "Delete advertising ID" or "Reset advertising ID".
  • iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Ensure tracking is disabled.
