1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using SN IPTV Player ("the Application" or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement. If you do not agree to all terms herein, do not install or use the Application.
2. Scope of License & Nature of Service
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with these Terms and applicable store rules (such as Apple Media Services Terms and Google Play Terms).
The Application is an interactive multimedia player engineered to render user-provided audio and video streams across supported standards (including HLS, DASH, MP4, MKV, and TS). The developers do not provide, license, or recommend any content sources.
3. User Responsibilities & Copyright Warranties
You explicitly acknowledge, represent, and warrant that:
- You are solely and exclusively responsible for all playlists, M3U links, Xtream Codes credentials, and stream URLs that you input or import into the Application.
- You hold all necessary legal rights, authorizations, licenses, or subscriptions for any content accessed through the Application.
- You will not use the Application to infringe upon any third-party copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, or proprietary rights.
- You will not use the Application for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or stream uptime.
We do not guarantee that third-party streaming servers entered by the user will be continuous, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with your device hardware.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developers, contributors, or distributors of SN IPTV Player be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages (including loss of profits, data loss, network charges, or service interruptions) arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Application.
6. Third-Party Links & Services
The Application allows you to connect to external, third-party streams and servers. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party servers or IPTV services.
7. Modifications to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time to reflect software enhancements or regulatory requirements. Continued use of the Application after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Termination
You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting the Application and all associated data from your devices. We may terminate or suspend access to the Application without prior notice for any conduct violating these Terms.
